From Corporate to Creative Entrepreneurship by way of Photography

[00:00:00] So as someone who’s been in business my entire life, when I started doing photography and saw all of the amazing work that these creative photographers were doing, it was stunning to me that they were struggling from the business side of things. And I guess at the end of the day, it really shouldn’t have been that surprising because their main talent and their main passion lies in the creative art of photography.

Not in business. Now I’m a little bit different in that I have a passion for both. I absolutely love business, love small business, but I also really enjoy the creative aspect of photography. So when I got into that world and started meeting all these amazing photographers and finding out that they were struggling just with the business side of business and not necessarily struggling.

financially, but [00:01:00] struggling to keep up, struggling to find the time and in some cases, struggling financially as well. And so at that point, when I kind of discovered that gap, if you will, between their creative talents and their business talents, I decided that when I had the time to do something about it, I would try to step into that world and fill that gap because I want those creative entrepreneurs as creative photographers, those people with immense and amazing talent to be as successful.

financially, time wise, freedom wise as they want to be. So I wanted to do my part to bring my skills in business to the table for them to help bridge that gap. So that’s what really started me down this path and wanting to help creative entrepreneurs get more time back in their life to have the freedom.

To choose the type of business they want, not get burned out and be as amazing financially as they are [00:02:00] creatively.
